Terms & Conditions: À La Carte Wedding Flowers

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By making a payment or submitting a booking request for our À La Carte Wedding Flower service, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Booking and Payment Terms
Securing Your Date: To secure your wedding date on our calendar, we require a non -refundable deposit of £200. If the value of your order is below £200, the full payment is due immediately. Dates are only locked in once this deposit has been paid and confirmed by us.
Final Invoice: Your final invoice, reflecting your complete selected menu items and any delivery/setup fees, will be sent to you exactly six (6) weeks prior to your wedding date.
Final Payment: The final invoice balance must be paid in full no later than four (4) weeks prior to your wedding date. Failure to make payment by this date may result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of any previous payments.
2. Orders, Revisions, and Minimum Spends
Minimum Spend Requirements: * There is no minimum spend required for orders selected for Studio Collection.
Venue Delivery and On-the-Day Setup are strictly subject to a minimum order value of £350.
Single buttonhole orders must be purchased alongside a bridal or bridesmaid bouquet.
Adding to Your Order: We understand that wedding needs can change. You are welcome to add extra floral items to your order up to 30 days before your wedding date, subject to our availability and capacity.
Reductions and Cancellations: Because we reserve our schedule for your date and order specific, premium stems well in advance, we cannot reduce your order size, remove items, or cancel individual items once your booking has been confirmed and finalised.
3. Floral Design and Substitutions
Style and Palette: Our À La Carte service is a curated menu designed to simplify the process. Designs are built around your chosen colour palette (e.g., Classic White & Green, White & Blue, Pastel Brights, Vibrant & Colourful, Pink & White, Peaches & Cream) and preferred aesthetic.
Flower Variations: While we love accommodating requests for your favourite seasonal blooms and will do our best to include them, we do not guarantee specific flower types. We source the freshest, most beautiful seasonal flowers available. Final arrangements are subject to natural variations in colour, size, and stem availability.
4. Collection, Delivery, and Setup
Studio Collection: If you select collection, your arrangements will be packaged and made ready for transport. They must be collected from our home-based studio in Heworth, York at the pre-arranged time. Blossom & Wild Florals is not liable for any damage occurring to the flowers once they have left our studio premises.
Venue Delivery: For orders over £350, delivery straight to your venue can be arranged for the morning of your wedding. Accurate venue details and delivery windows must be finalised at least 6 weeks prior.
On-the-Day Setup: If you require assistance placing centrepieces or styling your flowers at the venue, this must be requested in advance. On-the-day setup is charged at an hourly rate and is subject to availability.
5. Cancellations and Liability
Client Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your entire wedding order, notice must be given in writing. Payments made towards your wedding flowers are non-refundable, as we limit the number of weddings we take on per weekend and turn down other clients to hold your date.
Force Majeure: In the highly unlikely event that Blossom & Wild Florals is unable to fulfil your order due to severe illness, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited strictly to a full refund of all monies paid by you for the order. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you in finding an alternative florist.
