At Blossom and Wild Florals, we are committed to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality floral arrangements. Because our bouquets contain perishable goods, our return and refund policy is tailored to ensure both the quality of our flowers and the satisfaction of our customers.
1. General Policy on Perishable Goods
Flower bouquets are highly perishable and cannot be returned in the traditional sense once they have been delivered and accepted. We cannot accept returns based on a simple change of mind.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed for 48 hours following the time of delivery.
2. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Damage Upon Arrival: The bouquet is clearly and significantly damaged during transit (e.g., broken stems, crushed flowers).
Incorrect Order: You received a bouquet that is substantially different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, incorrect main flower type).
Quality Issues (Short-Term): The flowers do not remain fresh for a reasonable period (defined as 48 hours from delivery), despite following the care instructions provided.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, you must notify us promptly:
Contact Window: You must contact Blossom and Wild Florals within 48 hours of the delivery time.

A brief description of the issue.
Crucially, clear photographic evidence showing the damage or quality issue.

A full replacement bouquet of equivalent value, delivered at the earliest opportunity.
A full or partial refund to your original payment method, processed within 5-10 working days.
4. Exclusions (When a Refund/Replacement Will Not Be Issued)
We cannot be held responsible and will not issue a refund or replacement if the issue is due to:
Failure to Follow Care Instructions: Bouquets not properly cared for according to the flower care guide included with your delivery.
Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is unavailable to receive the flowers on the first attempt and the flowers' condition deteriorates due to the delay in redelivery.
Substitution Policy: Minor substitutions of flower varieties or colour shades made in accordance with our stated Flower Substitution Policy (due to seasonality or stock availability).
Delivery Address Error: Issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if notice is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once an order is prepared and/or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
